Frequently Asked Questions

What is your current turnaround time?

Standard orders are typically completed within 3–7 business days. Custom embroidered items are typically completed within 7–14 business days. Shipping time is not included.

Do I have to pay before my order is started?

Yes. Full payment is required before any order is started, designed, stitched, or completed.

Are you accepting DTF orders?

Yes. Colour Splash Creations is currently accepting DTF orders.

Are you accepting sublimation orders or custom cups?

Yes. Sublimation items, including custom cups, are available at this time.

What products are you currently focused on?

Our main focus is embroidery goods.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in rare cases where an approved replacement cannot be fulfilled.

Can I request a rush order?

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on availability. Please contact us before ordering.
